	2009 Community Grant Program

The Rotary Club of Ojai is Announcing It's 2009 Community Grant Program.

Applications are due March 31, 2009.

Eligibility

The Rotary Club of Ojai provides grants, within funds available, to help support worthy organizations in the Ojai Valley. Those agencies and organizations eligible for grant funding must:

• Be a teacher, non-profit or public benefit organization.
• Identify unmet community needs and clearly demonstrate how their organization's grant-funded project will meet those needs.
• Use the grant funding for programs, services or improvements which will benefit citizens of the Ojai Valley in specific ways.
• Have an assured plan for continued funding needs if our grant is for new or expanded services.

A committee of Rotarians will review grant applications, determine which proposals best meet the goals and guidelines outlined above and make recommendations to the Board of Director. The Board will make final decisions on amounts and recipients.
