Scott  Meckstroth, General Manager of the Ojai Valley Sanitary District (OVSD) will present on the work of the OVSD.  The OVSD was formed in 1985, The earlier Oakview Sanitary District was established in 1959 and treats the sewer effluent from the Ojai Valley.
